Iceteck offers a line of modular belt conveyors for fully automated transport of various products, with speed adjustment.

Conveyor Types

• Straight Conveyors
  The simplest conveyor to carry the product from one point to another. Uses a 38 mm pitch straight belt in acetal or nylon.
• Curved Conveyors
  With radii of 2.2x the belt width. Curved belt with 38 mm pitch.
• Transfers
  Used for small products or those hard to transfer between conveyors. Iceteck offers a 'nose bar' transfer conveyor that easily transfers small products.
• Oven Inlets and Outlets
  Automation for cyclothermic oven inlets and outlets, reducing contamination risk and cost. Increases profit and operator safety.

Conveyor Types

• S-curves and bypasses
  Equipment created to route the transport around a column or another machine.
• Turners and pushers
  Some lines need to turn or push the product. Iceteck has several types of pushers and turners, depending on the application or product.
• Flow duplicator or Y conveyor
  When one machine cannot meet the line's production needs and a second machine is required, splitting the line in two becomes a challenge. Iceteck developed the flow duplicator to solve this.
